We love the cool, crisp, refreshing flavors of summer. And they taste even better when served with elegant, elevated touches. Start off Fresh: Seafood Bites You’ll Love 

End of summer celebrations are more fun with friends. Start things off sharing our Sea Bass ceviche, marinated in citrus and cilantro, tossed with chili, garlic, and shallots, and served with a crispy pita chip and avocado crema. Or go decadent, with our lump crab cakes. Two hand-made cakes of premium lump, blue crab are served with our remoulade sauce.

We love adding a salad to our starters for a crisp, crunchy bite. Our Grilled Peach Salad is the perfect taste of summer. It’s a little sweet, a little savory, and those candied walnuts on top keep you coming back for more. 

Flavor-Packed  Sandwiches and Flatbreads

If you love an herbaceous, succulent flavor profile, try a summer sandwich or flatbread. Our Tuscan Chicken Sandwich features a grilled chicken breast topped with roasted peppers, braised tomatoes, and mozzarella, served on toasted focaccia. Going meat-free? We top our Margherita Flatbread with oven-roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and finish it with a balsamic glaze for a sweet, succulent twist.

The Main Event: 3 Summer Send-Off Entree Ideas

When it comes to summer entrees, here are a few we recommend for your culinary send-off celebration:

  • Korean BBQ Salmon: Summer is BBQ season, why not give it a fitting farewell? Our Pan-roasted salmon is topped with our Chef’s signature Korean barbecue sauce, and served with cooling cucumber slaw and seasonal vegetables.
  • Lemon Caper Chicken: Pan-fried chicken served with shallots, capers, garlic, in a lemon wine sauce over a delicate pasta bundle.
  • Original Pork Chop (GF): Go gluten-free for dinner without sacrificing flavor. Our house pork chop is cooked bone-in, expertly seasoned and pan seared to perfection. We complement our juicy chop with spinach and crispy au gratin potatoes

When you’re ready to raise your glass, we have plenty of delicious options. Our Berry Smash cocktails complement sweet berries with tart citrus.
